Refund Policy

We offer refunds or reprints at no cost under the following circumstances:

  • Product Flaw: The product itself is defective or damaged.
  • Design Error: The design is incorrect compared to what was provided on our website.
  • Incorrect Information: The product type, size, or other details do not match your order.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items. Kindly provide the following information to our support email: [email protected]:

  • Your Order/Invoice ID
  • A picture of the item received (if it is the wrong or damaged item)

Once we receive and evaluate your request, the refund will be processed within 1-3 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued within 2-3 business days.

Returns Policy

In cases where you receive the wrong or defective item, there is no need to return the product to us. We will process your refund without requiring the item to be sent back, and it should arrive in 2-3 business days.


Please Note: We do not offer refunds, reprints, or returns in the following cases:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address, not being available to receive the delivery, or failing to pick up packages as requested).
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, or the tracking system showing “delivered” but the package being lost).
  • The item is delivered as described.

Cancellation Policy

You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation. Please note that a management, processing, and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for cancellations.

After the 24-hour window, your item will begin production, and we will no longer be able to support cancellation requests.

Refund Timeframes

  • PayPal Account: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
  • Credit Card Account: Refunds may take 10-14 business days, depending on your card issuing bank.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges or returns for size issues unless it is due to an error on our part (e.g., sending the wrong size). For other issues such as printing problems, we will handle them for you. Please contact us first for instructions, and do not send your purchase back without authorization.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank—there is often a processing period before the refund is posted.
