Shipping Costs

Shipping charges vary depending on the shipping destination. To calculate the exact shipping costs for your order, simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and appear in your total.

Shipping & Handling

We process all orders during business days, from Monday to Friday, following Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please note that holidays observed by the U.S. Post Office, such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, may affect processing times.

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days* (regular season), or more during peak holiday seasons.
  • Shipping Method: We use a flat shipping rate of $5.99 for standard shipping.
  • Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days* (regular season), longer during holiday seasons.

Late Deliveries

While our shipping partners do their best to ensure your order arrives on time, there are occasional delays due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. Pelemok Store cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If there is no information available, it may mean the carrier has not yet processed the package.

Multiple Items in an Order

If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. Don’t worry if all of your items do not arrive at the same time—they are on the way!

Order Confirmation Issues

If you have not received any order confirmation details, it is possible that there was a typo in your email address during checkout. Please contact us at [email protected] to correct this, and we’ll resend your confirmation.

Additional Shipping Information

  • Multiple Addresses: We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need items delivered to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
  • PO Boxes & Military Addresses: We do ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses via DHL Global Mail, which is then handed over to USPS for final delivery. Please note that shipments to APO addresses may take up to 45 additional days, and tracking updates may be limited for security reasons.
