HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Placing an order with Pelemok Store is easy! Simply browse our collection of handmade charms, select your favorite design, and click the “Add To Cart” button. Follow the simple checkout process to complete your purchase, and we’ll start preparing your order right away. Once it’s ready, we’ll send you a notification with tracking details!


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

We carefully craft each charm with attention to detail, and orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, shipping may take an additional 1 to 2 weeks depending on the destination.


MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.

It can take 1-2 days for tracking numbers to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. If your tracking number still isn’t working after a few days, or if you suspect your order might be lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.


I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.

We aim to ship all orders within 5 to 10 business days. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days for domestic orders or 20 business days for international orders, please contact us for support. We’re here to help!
